Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MigMig’s website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use MigMig. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and included credits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice where required.

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Using MigMig in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent security or usage limits.
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with the Service’s operation.
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating another person or organization.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service without authorization.

Intellectual Property

MigMig and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service, subject to the license needed for us to operate and improve the product.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MigMig disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

MigMig does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific interview outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MigMig will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk for MigMig or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
